Ingredients
  

Bagna Cauda

  • 6 heads Garlic peeled
  • 2 1/2 TBL Extra Virgin Olive Oil
  • 3 oz Anchovies

Crudite

  • 4 each Celery cut in sticks
  • 1 bunch Radishes cut in quarters
  • 8 oz Green Beans blanched
  • 1 head Cauliflower
  • 8 oz Cherry Tomato

Notes

Use any vegetables that are in season and that you like!
